Trillium East Wing to be completed by December

Trillium Residencies, the condominium project in Colombo, said that only a few apartments are remaining for sale in it's recently completed Sunset West Wing.

Assistant General Manager (Sales and Marketing) Trillium, Tharanga Thenuwara said, "There is an upward surge in the apartment market with a high level of interest in our Sunset West Wing.

Industry experts forecast this positive trend to continue on the end of the conflict and enhanced political stability in the country. Trillium Residencies is landmark achievement and we are proud that of the 60 apartments at the Sunset West Wing, only eight apartments are available for sale.
