Servatius on first innings

St. Servatius skipper Lahiru Kokila claimed 5 for 49 in the 111th
Battle of Ruhunu to give his team the advantage on first innings.
St. Thomas' College were bowled out for 135 runs in 93.3 overs with
St. Servatins skipper Lahiru Kokila capturing 5/49 and vice captain
Nimanda Subasingha taking 3/21. Pace bowler Kasun Rajitha claimed 2/37.
St. Thomas' opening batsman Ravindu Damsara made 52 off 216 deliveries
with six fours.
St. Servatius openers Gihan Nimsara 53 off 66 deliveries inclusive of
eight fours and Inzam Mohamed 51 off 96 deliveries also with 8 fours saw
St. Servatius surpass the Thomian first innings score with 181 in 56
overs.
The 97 run partnership by the openers was not made use of as the rest
were dismissed for another 84 runs. Prashan Manohara 3/31 and Ashan
Ranasinghe 3/62 did the damage.
