Interior design mall opening soon

A team of architects and interior designers have got together to introduce a new concept an interior design mall, to Sri Lanka. The mall will target homes and hotels, said a spokesman for the team.

The mall will cater to upper and upper middle class clients.

The builders of new apartments, houses and hotels need to work and get advice from architects and interior designers.

The spokesman said that unfortunately in Sri Lanka customers and clients have to travel to many places to find their architect, interior designer, products and interior deco items.

They go from place to place wasting time and money, yet are unable to get proper products to their taste.

There are a few fashion design stores where you may find all items under one roof.

We are coming up with 6000 sq. ft of space with ample parking for the interior design mall.

The store will be located in Town Hall, facing Alexandra Place (C.W.W. Kannangara MW), said the spokesman.

It will have modern and antique furniture, upholstery, handloom fabric, wooden flooring, house and hotel lighting, switches, natural and artifical flowers, door locks and pantry accessories, mattresses and pillows, bathroom and kitchen fittings, tiles and granite, cement and wrought iron furniture,doors and windows, bed sheets and other accessories, coir products, gardening items and home decorative items.

The mall will also have home entertainment providers and a chill out tea centre.
