Right provides solutions that span the workforce lifecycle, including
talent assessment, leader development, organisational effectiveness, and
employee engagement.
"The partnership is an important expansion in our service delivery
network to help companies in Sri Lanka win in the changing world of work
by designing and executing workforce solutions that align talent
strategy with business strategy," said Regional General Manager, Right
Management India, Australia and New Zealand, Bridget Beattie.
Right Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of renowned Manpower
Inc, which services over 80 percent of Fortune 500 and 70 percent of
Global Fortune 500 clients. With offices in 50 countries across the
world, Right Management has over 3,500 employees who offer cross border
support to its transnational clients.
Michel Nugawela has rebranded some of Sri Lanka's most prestigious
blue-chips, including Aitken Spence, Heritance Hotels & Resorts, Lion
Brewery, Elephant House, and most recently Goodhope, Carson Cumberbatch
& Company's palm oil business in Indonesia.
Nugawela said that while Sri Lankan firms have been quick to
recognise business opportunities following the war, few pay attention to
their organisational cultures. "There is a clear recognition that the
business landscape is going to change in the next decade with increasing
competition, from both domestic and multinational firms. Business
leaders now need to think of how they will approach this landscape with
new mindsets and new teams that improve their bottom-line and deliver
brand performance."
"The addition of talent management and employee engagement into our
portfolio supports and strengthens our core services in brand identity",
Nugawela said.
"By creating high performance organisational cultures firmly aligned
to the brand identity, we are now able to partner our clients to improve
employee performance, increase productivity and net profits, and reduce
turnover within an organisation."
