Launch of Seylan Bank Plan with MTI

The launch Workshop of Seylan Bank strategic planning assignment with MTI Consulting (who have been retained to work with the Seylan Bank team for the next three months) started last week with the active participation of the Chairman of Seylan Bank, Eastman Narangoda, the Board of Directors, the CEO/GM of Seylan Bank Kapila Ariyaratne and the Bank’s senior management team. Making the keynote at the launch, Chairman of Seylan Bank, Eastman Narangoda stressed the necessity for the senior management to be very closely involved and engaged in this strategic planning process.

The CEO/GM of Seylan Bank Kapila Ariyaratne highlighted the importance of the bank to look at its Products and Processes, and encouraged the Seylan Bank team to look forward to taking the Bank to greater heights MTI’S Associate Consultant Mano Tittawella commended the performance of Seylan Bank during the last 2 years.
