Dushan Lewke grabs lead again

RUGBY: CR & FC skipper and Number 8 Dushan Lewke took over the lead from Kandy’s Fazil Marija while CR & FC crept into the second place ousting Navy SC at the end of count Number 10 in the Sunday Observer/Caltex Most Popular Rugger Player and Most Popular Rugger Team Competition respectively. Kandy SC who won the Caltex League Championship recently has been in the lead from the start and has maintained its supremacy throughout the competition.

Dushan Lewke polled in 25,274 votes to Marija’s 24,506 with a difference of 768 votes.
