The Galle Face Hotel opened a reservations centre in the lobby of the Regency Wing of the Galle Face Hotel to facilitate reservations of CHC properties as well as arrange islandwide tours for the benefit of foreign and domestic travellers.

Being the travel arm of CHC, the Ceylon Travel Bureau is one of the oldest travel agencies established in 1967. The Group Chairman, Sanjeev Gardiner sees great potential in providing a facility not only to residents of the Galle Face Hotel but also Sri Lankans and visitors to arrange tours and make reservations in the 20 Lodging Institutions that the Company operates around the island. The Ceylon Travel Bureau is housed in the Mezzanine Floor of the Galle Face Hotel Regency Wing and this reservations centre in the Lobby Level is conveniently located where many tourist attractions are attractively displayed.
