Edex Expo 2012 from Jan 20-22

Sri Lanka's largest showcase of higher education and careers exhibition, ` Edex Expo 2012' will be held at the BMICH from January 20 to 22 to assist school leavers to find suitable vocational, technical and skills development training institutes.

The `Edex 2012 ' exhibition which is organised by the Royal College Union (RCU) for the ninth consecutive year will also be held in Kandy on January 27 and 28 for the benefit of school leavers in the hill capital.

A media briefing was held at Royal College Skills Development Centre last week to create awareness among school leavers about the exhibition. Principal , Royal College Upali Gunasekara presided.

Addressing the media, Chairman , EDEX, Kamal Abeysinghe recalled the history of the Edex Exhibition and said that during the past eight years a large number of Sri Lankan youth were able to follow local and foreign career guidance programs through Edex.
