Search for Mr & Miss Northern Province commences

Potential contestants

The heat is on for the most talented male and female youth with personality from the Northern Province. Entry forms have been circulated in the five districts of the Northern Province, namely Jaffna, Vavuniya, Killinochchi, Mannar and Mullaitivu. Entries are being received by the presenters which reflect the enthusiasm among the youth. The event is organised by Big Time Image Makers in association with the Cultural Department of Jaffna. The grand finale will be held at Tilko Jaffna City Hotel.

Dan Yaarl Light TV is the official electronic media. The Sunday Observer, Thinakaran and the local print media in the North will promote this event. Part proceeds will be donated to Manipay Children’s Home from which a few youth will be participating.

All entry forms should be delivered to Tilko Jaffna City Hotel, K.K.S. Jaffna before December 7, 2011.
