Serendib Flour Mills awarded ISO 22000:2005 certification

Serendib Flour Mills (Pvt) Ltd (SFML), manufacturers of the 'Seven Star' brand of wheat flour was recently awarded the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety System Certification by the Bureau Veritas, India.

This certification was awarded in recognition of its compliance with international norms and conventions.

The ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety System Certification is the highest and most recognised food-related certification in the world, and, brings SFML the stamp of international approval a little after three years of operations in Sri Lanka.

"This certification is an international endorsement of the quality and success of our operations in Sri Lanka.
