Sailor's body to be handed over to family
by Ananda AGALAKADA
An Indonesian sailor attached to a Taiwan merchant vessel had
reportedly died on board on July from cardiac failure while the ship was
reaching the Colombo harbour.
After the ship arrived at the Colombo harbour on July 31, an officer
of the ship informed harbour authorities about the incident.
Later, a post-mortem had revealed that he had died of a heart attack.
The harbour police said arrangements were made to hand over the body
to his family in Indonesia.
