MAS Holdings supports drama competition

The Council for Business with Britain (CBB) has partnered with MAS Holdings as Platinum sponsor, Etisalat as Gold sponsor, Norfolk Foods as Silver sponsor, Hilton Colombo Residence as the hotel partner, Nestle as refreshment partner, Hettigoda Industries and GlaxoSmithKline as Bronze sponsors, to hold a drama competition for schoolchildren to accentuate their talents and raise funds for its distance English Language Training Project (ELT) that is conducted in many rural schools.

Not only will the competition give participants an opportunity to showcase their talents in the performing arts, but give them a chance to reach out to those who are less fortunate. Chairman of the Council for Business with Britain and Chief Executive Officer HSBC Sri Lanka and the Maldives, Nick Nicolaou said,

“We are happy to partner with MAS Holdings, Etisalat, Norfolk Foods, Hilton Colombo Residence, Nestle, Hettigoda Industries and GlaxoSmithKline in launching the CBB drama competition, that will recognise talented students who have a flair for the performing arts.”
