Waruni Wathsala Gunathilake has been missing since August, 2011 and
was last reportedly seen residing at No. 15, Canal Road, Periyamulla,
Negombo. She is 5'3" in height, fair in complexion with dark hair. Any
information given regarding her whereabouts will be rewarded.

Our World XVI exhibition and sale
The students and staff of Daya Mina, Embuldeniya, Supem Uyana,
Gonapinuwela and Meth Mihira Moratuwa will hold the Our World XVI annual
exhibition and sale at the Shalika Hall, Colombo from 10 am to 6 pm
today.
The exhibition will feature various handicrafts and products of
differently abled persons showcasing their world and talents. The sale
will include a variety of Christmas items such as colourful decorative
candles, Christmas decorations, greeting cards and a host of other
useful items for the home and office at bargain prices.
The project hopes to raise funds for the education and uplift of
differently abled persons of these day care centres maintained by a
professionally qualified and dedicated staff consisting of religious
sisters and lay volunteers.
Annual Christmas carol service
'A Great and Mighty Wonder', the annual Christmas carol service
presented by the Choir of St. Peter's College, Colombo 4, will be held
today at 6.30 p.m. at the Nicholas Perera main hall of the school.
The carol service will also feature the Peterite Chorale and the
Primary Choir, the Teachers' Choir and the Western Band of the college.
Auxiliary Bishop of Colombo, the Most Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Fernando will be
present.
Wendy Whatmore drama on Dec. 16
The students of Wendy Whatmore Academy of Speech & Drama, Udahamulla
branch will stage the drama " Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs", under
the guidance of Mrs. Dulari Wijesundera at the Bishops College
auditorium on December 16 at 5pm.
Four books with respective CDs authored by Mrs. Wijesundara will also
be launched at the same venue under the patronage of renowned writer
Mrs. Sybil Weththasinghe.
Pindapatha at Maharagama on Dec 15
One hundred and twenty five Bhikkus of Maharagama, Godigamuwa will be
on a Pindapatha parade on December 15 morning.
The meritorious event is organised by the Sri Dharmarama Vihara and
the "Suhada Praja Mandalaya" of Godigamuwa with voluntary organisations
of the area.
Rhythm Section workshop / Bass clinic
A workshop and a bass clinic with bassist Hussain Jiffry, a Sri
Lankan now domiciled in Los Angeles, USA on Tuesday, December 11 from 12
noon to 4 p.m. at the Margarita Blue for the benefit of all young
musicians.
This will be an online, one-on-one clinic and all bassists are
requested to bring their bass for coaching instructions from Hussain
Jiffry.
South Asia Network Conference
The 12th Conference of the South Asia Network organised by the
Economic Research Institute will be held on Tuesday at 9.00 a.m. at the
Bougainvillaea Hall, Hotel Galadari, Colombo. It will be held under the
patronage of Deputy Minister of Finance and Planing and Senior Minister
for International Monetary Co-operation Dr. Sarath Amunugama.
Representatives from foreign countries and Sri Lanka will participate at
this Conference.
Dr. Amunugama will deliver a speech on the occasion.
