It comprises many Indian education providers under one common
platform.
The Kandy edition of the exhibition will be held on March 8 and 9 at
the Kandy City Centre.
"For centuries India, Sri Lanka's closest neighbour, both in
proximity and relationship, has been one of the destinations for
secondary and tertiary education for Lankan students," a spokesman for
the organisers said.
"The quality education that India is renowned for, together with easy
accessibility to Sri Lanka has ensured a comprehensive and sound
education and a feeling of 'home away from home' for all Lankan
students." "The fact that India provides secondary education systems at
an affordable price has been one among the many other reasons for
students and parents to seek India as the country of choice for their
higher educational needs," he said.
The Jaffna edition of the exhibition which will cater to students
from the North and the East will be held on March 5 and 6 at the Jaffna
Central College. This will be the second consecutive year that the
exhibition will be held in the North.
