Brandix i3 receives ISO certification

Brandix i3, the Brandix Group's IT Consultancy and Services Company, has been certified compliant with ISO 9001:2008, one year after the company commenced operations.

The certification by International Certification Services (Pvt) Ltd. (ICS) of Mumbai covers the provision of consulting services in Infor ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and HCM (Human Capital Management), Business Process Excellence, Software Development and related Customer Support.

A fully owned subsidiary of Brandix, Brandix i3 was launched in April 2012 to provide services for Infor applications, software development and business improvement.

"Brandix i3 has customers in the USA, Russia, Australia, South Asia and South East Asia. The company currently has a team of more than 140 qualified, multi-skilled professionals, with experience across diverse industries including fashion, manufacturing

and food and beverage, working in offices in Sri Lanka and the USA," a spokesman for the company said.

"Our principal objective in driving conformity with ISO 9001 was to streamline and optimise our internal processes," said CEO of Brandix i3, Arjuna Sirinanda. "It was also imperative that our processes were benchmarked to an international standard to ensure credibility with our customers."
