Janashakthi receives ISO 9001:2008 re-certification

Janashakthi Insurance recently received the ISO 9001:2008
re-certification, following a re-certification audit conducted by Bureau
Veritas Lanka. Companies that qualify for ISO standards are those that
have implemented a rigorous management system of quality assurance.
Managing Director, Janashakthi, Prakash Schaffter said, "Customers
want to be assured that they are doing business with an organisation
that can consistently meet or exceed their needs."
"Successfully completing the rigorous process for ISO 9001
re-certification is a clear sign that we are committed to providing a
superior quality of service and achieve the highest levels of customer
satisfaction," he said. Senior Manager, CRM and Research, Janashakthi,
Nilupul Chandrasena said, "The audit process of our own standards led us
to attain excellence and conformity with the ISO Quality Management
system and eventual re-certification."
