Muslims get ready for Ramazan

Muslims in the Ampara District are getting ready to celebrate "Eid Ul
Fitr", (Ramazan festival) on a grand scale this year. With the festival
round the corner Muslims in the district have started purchasing their
requirements. Shops in major towns such as Kalmunai, Maruthamunai,
Sainthamaruthu, Akkaraipattu and Sammanthurai open till late at night
for the convenience of people. |
