Tewatta feast today

The annual blessing of the sick will be held today at the National
Basilica, Tewatta, Ragama. The chief celebrants will be Anjalo Cardinal
Benwesko and ArchBishop Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith. Masses will be
conducted in Sinhala today at 5, 6, 7 and 8 am.
Mass will be in English at 9 am and in Tamil at 10 am. There will be
Holy Masses in Sinhala at 11 am and 5 pm. The blessing of the Sick will
be at 2 pm.
The CTB Depots at Kadawata, Kelaniya, Gampaha, Nittambuwa, Welisara,
Jaela and Negombo will provide special bus services for the convenience
of devotees from all over the island.
The railway will also operate special trains to Ragama from Colombo
Fort. |
