D.A. Rajapaksa commemorative oration

The Rajapaksa Memorial Educational, Cultural and Social Services Foundation will hold the D.A. Rajapaksa Commemorative Oration 2013 at 4.30 pm on Thursday at the main hall in Temple Trees.

Former diplomat and Governor of the then North-Eastern Province, senior member of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service and Attorney-at-Law, Lionel Fernando will speak on 'Public Service and Social Integration: Past Experiences'.

Emeritus Professor of the University of Colombo, Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and former President of the Sri Lanka Medical Association and of the College of Surgeons of Sri Lanka A.H. Sheriffdeen will preside.
