Entries called for St. Eugene's Trophy basketball tournament

The annual St. Eugene's Trophy five-a-side basketball tournament will be worked off on June 7 and 8. Entries close on the 23rd May 2014 at 6pm. The men's tournament will be strictly for 'B' Division players and players who have played in 'A' Division Mercantile or Club tournaments in the last three years are ineligible.

The women's tournament is open. Those teams that wish to participate should contact Dilanja Priyankara, Tournament Secretary on 077-3033890 or Assistant Secretary on 0777-713400.

The tournament is named after St. Eugene De Mazenod, the Founder of Oblates of Mary Immaculate. Rev. Fr. Louis Logan OMI, the Superior General of Oblates will be the Chief Guest at the final.
