AIA among the Best Places to Work

AIA Insurance, was adjudged as one of the 15 best companies to work, in Sri Lanka, in the Great Place to Work study. The awards presentation was held recently.

The ranking based on high employee perceptions and robust people practices saw AIA Insurance emerge winner in the Trust Index and Culture Audit.

The company was also adjudged the best multi-national company to work and also the best in the medium enterprise category (200-1,000 employees).

AIA Insurance received a special category award for best practices in involving employees in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

"AIA Insurance Lanka is heavily engaged in CSR activities. What sets the insurer apart is the extent to which it involves its employees. AIA employees are encouraged to participate in CSR initiatives," the report said.
