Dharmarajah appointed to DFCC Board

Top professional T. Dharmarajah has been appointed to the Board of DFCC Bank PLC as a Non-Executive Director.

A Senior Partner (Audit and Assurance) at Amerasekera & Co. He is also a Director at DFCC Vardhana Bank PLC, TKS Finance Ltd., TKS Securities Ltd., and Raigam Wayamba Salterns PLC.

Dharmarajah is a B.Sc Management (Special) Graduate of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AATSL) and the Institute of Public Finance and Development Accountancy.

He is also a member of the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Council Member of prestigious institutions such as University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Board of Management of Postgraduate Institute of Management and Curriculum Development Committee of the National Institute of Education. Dharmarajah served as the President of AATSL from 2010 to 2012.

Dharmarajah is an old boy of Kekirawa Central College. He is a popular lecturer in Accounting and has authored several accounting books which are used by many accounting students at different levels.
