Uva PC polls in August or early September
The Elections Commissioner will fix the Uva
Provincial Council election in August or early September this year in
keeping with the Provincial Council Elections Act of 1988, official
sources said yesterday. The election will be held to elect over 30
members to the Uva Provincial Council.
