Dengue on the increase

The dengue is on the increase in the Kurunegala District again. More than two-hundred cases have been detected this year the majority being positive, the health officials said.

Kurunegala, Polgahawela, Narammala, Alawwa and Ibbagamuwa are the most affected. The health officials have intensified their anti-dengue measures to curb its threat to the people.
