Sampath Bank adjudged Best Bank by Euromoney

Sampath Bank was selected as the 'Best Bank of Sri Lanka' at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2014, for the second consecutive year.

"The award was made by The Euromoney, a UK-based financial magazine, and is a confirmation of Sampath Bank's commitment to its product offering and outstanding customer service to meet the growing demand for financial services in Sri Lanka," a bank spokesman said.

The award was received by the Managing Director of Sampath Bank, Aravinda Perera at the awards night at the Shangri-La Hotel, Hong Kong, recently.

Managing Director Aravinda Perera said, "We are privileged to be the recipient of such a prestigious award that places us on a par with the best global financial institutions. We are honoured to be recognised as the best among formidable competitors locally and in the region."
