Nominations for Uva PC elections

Nominations for the two districts of the Uva province will be received at the District Secretariats from 8.30 a.m. on July 30 and end at 12.00 noon on August 6, 2014.

Two independent groups from the Moneragala district have already paid their deposits.

Receiving deposits from independent groups will end at 12.00 noon on August 5, according to the Elections Commissioner Mahinda Deshapriya.
