BoC launches Prestige Plus for professionals

The Bank of Ceylon's (BoC) Prestige Plus Professional Current Account, designed for demanding professionals and busy executives, offers a host of convenient features and benefits to suit their lifestyles. Employed or self-employed professionals or executives in reputed private organisations and companies or staff officers of Government or semi-government organisations with a monthly gross income over Rs. 40,000 are eligible to open Prestige Plus current accounts.

A tailor-made benefit package is available for Prestige Plus current account holders. Account holders could obtain a BoC credit card with no joining fee with a minimum credit limit of Rs 100,000 and a debit card that allows them to withdraw up to Rs. 100,000 per day from any BoC ATM.

The BoC current account comes with a range of benefits to manage day-to-day transactions either personal or business. It facilitates agricultural, business, professional and industrial needs of account holders.

BoC customers could operate their current accounts around the clock from anywhere; anytime of the day through BoC internet banking, mobile banking and the ATM network. The accounts are linked with a network of 613 branches covering all parts of the country.

The Bank provides several benefits for account holders such as one-day cheque book issuance, instant BoC cheque clearance from any BoC branch and clearance of cheques from any bank free.

It also facilitates the transfer of funds through standing orders and the payment of utility bills. Customers will also receive a personalised cheque book.

Current account holders could obtain housing loans to build a house or obtain personal loans for their personal needs and leasing facilities to purchase vehicles at attractive rates from BoC. They will also receive concessions via BoC Travels.
