HNB celebrates Singithi Savings Day

Fifty Customer Centres of Hatton National Bank (HNB) attracted a
large number of children of all ages when the Bank celebrated Singithi
Savings Day recently. The Singithi Savings Day program included games
and activities such as an art competition, face painting, musical
chairs, magic, muppet and cartoon shows.
The Bank presented prizes to the winners of games and other
activities, while every child who took part received a certificate.
Three-hundred children, who performed well in the art competition
will get an opportunity to tour the Air Force museum.
A host of promotions with exciting rewards for children of all ages
was conducted during October, which was declared Singithi Savings Month
by HNB and Singithi Savings Day was part of it.
The programs were organised to mark World Children's Day October 1
and World Thrift Day, October 31 and inculcate the savings habit in
children. |
