Facelift for 500 schools in Wayamba

The Chief Minister of North Western Provincial Council has implemented a school development program which will benefit approximately 500 schools in Kurunegala and Puttalam Districts. Over 100 dilapidated school buildings will be rapaired and new buildings in rural schools will be constructed to ease the present congestion.

The North Western Provincial Council will release funds to implement this program, said the Chief Minister Dayasiri Jayasekera.
