NCE delegation visits Japan

The National Chamber of Exporters of Sri Lanka (NCE) the only private sector Chamber which exclusively serves exporters visited Tokyo recently with a business delegation from various products sectors. The delegation was led by NCE President Sarada de Silva and Secretary General Shiham Marikar.

The companies in the tour were Blue Diamond Jewellery Worldwide PLC, FagaTyres (Pvt) Limited, LAUGFS Corporation (Rubber) Limited, PRIPA Organic Colombo (Pvt) Ltd., Uniceyl Marketing Services (Pvt) Ltd, Khalhari Enterprise.

The products promoted for export from Sri Lanka to Japan include value added and bulk Ceylon Tea, apparel and accessories, Ceylon Cinnamon, gem and jewellery including Ceylon Blue Sapphire, natural crepe and sheet rubber, rubber gloves and rubber auto parts, footwear, leather and plastic products, electronic apparatus and chips.
