IPM, Holcim organise training program

The Institute of Personnel Management (IPM) and cement manufacturer Holcim (Lanka) Ltd organised a customised training program, Front-line Management Program (FLMP) to improve the performance of Holcim employees.

This cooperation is another example of how IPM continues to be in the forefront of customising and delivering superior training programs for corporate entities. The IPM, set up in 1959, is a professional body affiliated to the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management Association. It primarily focuses on the raising of professional standards in Human Resource Management and Development and is acknowledged to be a pioneer in providing HR education.

Formulated to develop a skilled workforce, Holcim Academy concentrates on developing human resources as needed by Holcim Lanka.

Having recognised the need for comprehensive training and creating value for its employees, Holcim Lanka has set up a fully structured accreditation and certification system through the Holcim Academy.
