Mobitel mLearning renews ties with PIM

Mobitel renewed a partnership with the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) to develop new e-learning methods to provide students the opportunity to follow PIM's Master's Degree Programs through a technologically superior and convenient online education experience facilitated by Mobitel mLearning.

mLearning is a commercially available online facility that allows students to follow a complete university program while in the country or in any other part of the world and has been designed and developed by Mobitel to deliver quality education while catering to a student's lifestyle.

"At PIM we believe that the future of education lies in digital technology and distance learning. We strive to provide quality education while maintaining a focus on merging our interests with ICT technology.

For that reason we are appreciative of our partnership with Mobitel and the support that we have received," said PIM, Acting Director, Dr. Ajantha Dharmasiri.

"mLearning is custom-made to suit all online learning needs and it provides students a distinct advantage in learning, building networks and entering a broader global platform which are all essential to enter the progressively competitive job market," he said.CEO, Mobitel, Ranjith G. Rubasinghe said, "We are proud to work with a prestigious educational body such as PIM again and we hope to strengthen our relationship further and provide greater opportunities for students in the future."
