AAT conducts management program

The management development program conducted by the AAT Business School, a strategic business unit operating under the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka, builds a dynamic ecosystem in which students, resource personnel and corporates cooperate to produce the next generation of leaders.

Whether you are a senior manager, an aspiring entrepreneur or a young professional this program creates the ideal platform to experience, network and evolve, while gaining a systematic knowledge on the principals of business.

Comments of some students

Over a three-month period 12 key topics of business including financial reporting, human resources, marketing, labour laws, project management and supply chain are covered through interactive methods of instruction by leading industry experts. "The classrooms were learner-friendly environments, and I was really impressed with the service, follow-up and the culture of AAT Business School.

This program will enhance your knowledge and support the next decision you make for your company," said Creative Director, Comre (Pvt) Ltd, Isuru Abeykoon.

"Coming from a HR background I learnt much from this program including knowledge in other business disciplines.

It helped us to understand other functions of the organisation better. We received great support from the lecturers, and the AAT Business School staff.

Ultimately it created a batch of students with knowledge and cohesiveness," said Human Resources Executive, Ceyoka (Pvt) Ltd, Pushpika Fernando.

"As a professional in the finance sector this program gave me a practical insight of different areas in corporate bodies with lectures that were informative about each aspect of business," Audit Trainee Senior, Ernst and Young, Pasindu Jayarathna.
