'Retail sales personnel, the company's backbone'
Kelani Cables PLC recognised its exceptional retail sales promotion
officers who interact directly with the massive sales agents' network of
the company at the Sales Excellence Awards ceremony at the Taj Samudra
Hotel.
The best Area Sales Manager award was presented to Dharshana

Dharshana Gamlath of Western Zone - 2 clinched the award for the best
Area Sales Manager while Sameera Sanjeewa of Kelaniya sales region was
the best sales promotion officer.
CEO Saranapala said that retail sales personnel are the backbone of a
company. Yet they have to journey in the corporate ladder to achieve
higher positions thus, recognitions of this nature are a great
motivation for them.
"In the previous year too our dedicated sales force made an excellent
contribution towards the success of our company.
I wish them all, accomplishment in their careers and I congratulate
all the award winners," said the CEO.
Kelani Cables PLC is a 100 percent Sri Lankan company serving the
nation for over four decades manufacturing electrical and communication
cables.
The company achieved "Super Brands" status in the electrical and
telecommunication sector in 2008 for professional supremacy it
