Mobitel launches wi-fi zone in Polonnaruwa
 

Mobitel opened a wi-fi zone at the Kaduruwela-Colombo main bus stand in Polonnaruwa in line with the ongoing government program of providing free wi-fi at key public places. To use the network users need to first visit the nearest Mobitel branch, SLT Teleshop or Dealer point to register for the service where a password will be issued. The user is entitled to 100 MB per month on the wifi network at any of the facilitated zones islandwide.Director General, Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka, M. M.
