Gamma Phamaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd installed a fully automated cream and ointment tube filling machine at its manufacturing facility at Madapatha Road, Piliyandala.

The unit was opened by Chairman, Gamma Pharmaceuticals, Kalana Hewamallika recently. The Italian made IMA C960 has a filling capacity of 3,600 tubes per hour with high dosing accuracy. This worker and eco-friendly machine designed to comply with WHO GMP needs have increased the cream and ointment manufacturing capacity to about 200,000 tubes per month.
