T20 has brought plenty of runs

The new style of cricket-T20 cannot be denied that it has had an influence on modern-day ODI cricket, on shot-making and on the approach to the game. There may be the older-day type that frown upon them but as long as the batsmen are comfortable with the risk-reward ratios of the shots they're playing, the grown-up people have come to be satisfied.

Clive Lloyd, the tall West Indian 'giant' yet graceful, classical in his strokes with no fondness for shots outside the textbook, had no problems with the new inventions. It cannot be denied that T20 has had an influence on modern day ODI cricket, on shot-making and on the approach to the game. T20 cricket has ushered in innovative shots that have made the game more interesting. The veterans may frown upon them but as long as the batsmen are comfortable with the risk reward ratios of the shots they're are playing, there can be no denouncing them. A. C de S
