Phase three comprises two residential towers Stratford and Melford with 304 luxury apartments. Phase four comprises another two towers with 340 premium condominiums.

The combined development cost of phase three and four is estimated to be over US$ 130 million.

"The sales of phase three apartments which were launched in 2014, have been temporarily held back due to the achievement of our initial sales targets", said a company spokesman.

"We hope to re-introduce the inventory in due course to buyers," he added.

Havelock City, one of the largest integrated mixed-use development projects undertaken in Sri Lanka is being built on 18 acres of prime land in the heart of Colombo and comprises residential apartments and a commercial complex consisting of a shopping mall, hotel and office towers.

Havelock City, will have Sri Lanka's largest elevated roof garden, an expansive seven-acre eco-habitat with lush tropical foliage.

Residents of Havelock City enjoy a privilege that is unmatched anywhere in Colombo with landscaped gardens replete with jogging tracks, bamboo pools and exercise corners.
