The Traveller Global teams up with e-Channelling

The Traveller Global with e-Channelling launched non-conventional medical tourism in the Maldives becoming the first travel agent to enter into an agreement with e-Channelling for offshore medical services.

The Traveller Global Maldives in the capital Male will offer comprehensive e-channelling services covering over two thousand doctors across eighty private hospitals and medical institutions in Sri Lanka, Chairman and Managing Director, The Traveller Global, Rizmi Reyal said.

Through the initiative with e-Channelling, the Maldivian clients travelling to Sri Lanka for medical needs will have the comfort of making a medical appointment with their preferred doctor and hospital instantaneously, he said."This is our first overseas branch and the wide range of tour packages we offer will benefit Maldivian travellers. The partnership will create a significant shift in the medical tourism sector," he said.

"As the first company to provide e-channelleing services to Sri Lanka, we have made steady progress since our inception. We are in a position to workout 60,000 doctor appointments and also provide hospital appointment management service. We look forward to extend our services to government hospitals and ayurveda hospitals, Services Director, e-Channelling, Gulmire Ablat said.
