A smartphone that will demolish perceptions of the high cost of
top-end technology, has been unveiled in Sri Lanka by E-tel, with the
launch of its 'Curiosity L2' - a full HD, Octa Core processor powered,
best-in-class mobile phone at an affordable price.
Launched with Etisalat Lanka, the new smartphone matches the
specifications and performance of the most expensive branded smartphones
in the market at one fourth the price, making cutting-edge mobile phone
technology accessible to a large number of people, a spokesman for
Brantel said.
E-tel is the only brand among the top three of the feature phone and

range of phones we offer through our Etisalat flagship outlets located
across Sri Lanka.
E-tel's approach of adopting the latest technology and making it
affordable to a wide cross-section of the populace complements the
Etisalat mission 'To extend people's reach,' and to be the best network
for smartphones."
E-tel phones are designed in Hong Kong and manufactured in three
top-ten ranked manufacturing facilities in China that produce branded
smartphones for the European and US markets, guaranteeing the same high
quality, consistency and performance.
