A & E Lanka key partner in CFW's 'Swim'

American & Efird (A&E) Lanka, a fully owned subsidiary of industrial sewing thread manufacturer American & Efird LLC, USA, will be a key partner at the 'Swim' organised by Colombo Fashion Week (CFW) on August 7-8 at Hilton Colombo.

Launched for the first time in Sri Lanka by CFW, Swim, a season of its own, will continue to be an annual event or rather a platform for local and international swimwear designers and manufacturers.

Sri Lanka, known to the industry as one of the best apparel sourcing destinations with world-class manufacturing abilities, has shown immense potential during the past few years to become a hub for swimwear.Managing Director, A&E Lanka, Priyantha Aluthwatte said, "We are a brand chosen by apparel manufacturers for any and all seasons and with the swimwear category exhibiting an increasing demand in Sri Lanka we're more than delighted to partner the first-ever swim season of CFW which we hope will be a leading swimwear show in the global landscape in the future.''
