LMRB wins Asia's Best Employer Brand award

Lanka Market Research Bureau (Pvt) Limited (LMRB) received Asia's Best Employer Brand award at the sixth Asia's Best Employer Brand Awards in Singapore recently.

The awards, endorsed by the Asian Confederation of Businesses, is hosted by the Employer Branding Institute, an organization managed by professionals from various countries and geographies who share a passion in human resources.

The selection of winners was based on recommendations made by a research cell consisting of professionals and a jury comprising senior leaders, researchers and academicians from across the globe, who evaluated organizations on creating a culture of contribution and innovation at work, being a social employer, making consistent improvements in HR policy (by inculcating values that help achieve the vision) and developing future leaders.

Founder, World CSR Day and World CSR Congress, Dr. Bhatia said, "With so much growth taking place in Sri Lanka it was difficult to identify the best among the best. But yet, the criteria the Jury used was rigid. To pick the best among the best, more than the size of the company, what really mattered was whether that organization had made a difference in the lives of many".
