Flora and Pedal Pushers Cycle Fun Ride

Flora was recently associated with the Colombo Cycle Fun Ride 2015, an event for enthusiastic cyclists organized by Pedal Pushers, a group of cycling enthusiasts of varying levels of fitness and ages. While promoting a lifestyle of health and exercise, the Colombo Cycle Fun Ride 2015 brought many people together at the Race Course for a 24-km cycle ride.

"We are pleased to be associated with Pedal Pushers and the Colombo Cycle Fun Ride 2015," said Brand Manager for Flora at Unilever Sri Lanka, Ms Bianca de Silva.

"As an event focusing on an active lifestyle of cycling, we believe it was indeed an opportunity for us to create awareness on the importance of living healthy, maintaining a healthy BMI and on developing and maintaining a healthy style of living," she said.

At the Colombo Cycle Fun Ride, Flora maintained an active presence with free BMI checks and enrolling participants into a 21-day health challenge while nutritionists were at hand to answer queries and provide guidance on healthy living. Many people obtained advice on developing a healthy lifestyle.
