'Varna Pooja' lauded

Lankem Ceylon PLC (Paints) manufacturers and marketers of Robbialac
Paints were laudedfor painting the Dalada Maligawa complex in Kandy for
the eleventh consecutive year.
A ceremony was held at Presidents' House in Kandy to laud the efforts
of all those who contributed to the success of the Kandy Esala Perahera.
The 'Varna Pooja' is now a tradition and part of the many rituals of
the Dalada Maligawa prior to the commencement of the annual Esala
Perehera. |
