A company official said that BoardPAC used in Sri Lanka and the region, was the only local product to be presented at the annual conference of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA), which was attended by business leaders from some of Malaysia’s leading companies including Air Asia, Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission of Malaysia.

It has a host of features such as collaboration, meeting management and RSVP, search and refer to past board papers and to annotate and approve documents and update agendas. The solution meets the highest security standards including the ISO 27001 certification.

Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, IronOne Technologies, Lakmini Wijesundera said, “Creating a wider awareness of the innovative trends of Board governance with the comfort of the highest levels of security and simplicity is an important focus area for us. Today, the adoption of paperless technology by busy board members is at its highest.”

“With BoardPAC, the board and committee level meeting preparation is streamlined and its secure and real time distribution enables meeting organisers and the board of directors to operate with ease and flexibility,” Ms Wijesundera added.
