Science beat Old Bens in Rugby Rumble final

Science bea tOld Bens 5-0 in the over-20 final of the Rugby Rumble championship held at the CR and FC ground at Longden Place in Colombo last Friday.

Most of the matches were closely contested in the two-day showpiece as Science booked their place in the final after beating Dharmaraja 5-0 while Old Bens went through to the final over Kingswood on the toss of a coin.

Earlier in the over-20 Cup quarter finals Dharmaraja beat Zahira 10-0, Science beat Royal 10-0, Kingswood beat Ananda 15-0 and Old Bens beat Wesley 5-0 in extra time after the scores were deadlocked at 5-5.

In the Cup final Science squeezed past Old Bens 5-0.
