CLA workshop on leadership

The Colombo Leadership Academy (CLA) recently launched another workshop focusing on effective leadership. The workshop will fine tune management skills to implement, follow through and track leadership systems that deliver continuous results.

CEO, CLA, Riaz Hassen said, "The Effective Leadership program involves identifying and enhancing the key leadership competencies to best manage a team and business. The workshop will also focus on navigating challenges in the complex, ever changing business environment and implementing strategy across cross-functional teams. The workshop aims to inspire team leaders, drive performance and encourage innovation and creativity among staff; while developing focus on key leadership competencies that will impact business performance." The program will be facilitated by the founder of the Colombo Leadership Academy, Riaz Hassen with guest speaker Director, Janway (Pvt) Ltd, Rohan Jayaweera.

The workshop will be held at the Colombo Leadership Academy auditorium at Sirikotha Lane, Colombo 3 on October 8 and will educate participants on the key methodologies of strategic drive, creativity and innovation, creating positive collaboration, fostering high-performing teams and building lasting career and personal growth.
