Sri Lanka to face Bravo, Pollard and Narine in T20s
The West Indies may have picked a young and depleted squad to take on
Sri Lanka in two Test matches, but they have re-enlisted off-spinner
Sunil Narine, explosive batsman Kieron Pollard and fiery allroundner
Dwayne Bravo for the subsequent two-match T20 series.
The trio did not play a part in the concluded 2015 World Cup.
Narine will play in both the ODI and T20series while Pollard and
Bravo will play in only the two T20s in Sri Lanka.
The omission of Pollard and Bravo from the ODI squad stirred up coach
Phil Simmons who accused outside interference of playing a part in the
duo's exclusion.
He was subsequently dismissed from the job and replaced by Eldine
Baptiste.
