Finance Minister meets Deputy MD, IMF

Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake met a number of dignitaries for bilateral discussions on the sidelines of the main summit during his recent visit to Lima, Peru to attend the annual sessions of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. One such meeting was with the Deputy Managing Director, International Monetary Fund, Mitsuhiro Furusawa. The duo discussed a range of topics of mutual importance and the talks mainly centered on economic development activities of Sri Lanka.
