DIMO conducts Mercedes-Benz technical service
'My Technical Specialist, My Service', a free technical service
program organised by Mercedes-Benz Passenger Vehicles Service Division
of DIMO attracted over 50 vehicles.
Technical Expert, Daimler AG, Tommy Hart conducted the 10-day program
at the Mercedes-Benz Centre.
It was designed for Mercedes-Benz E-Class W211 and S-Class W221
models. Participants also received a 25% discount on Mercedes-Benz
genuine spare parts. Each participant received a free technical report
on their Mercedes-Benz vehicle while Hart inspected each vehicle
personally and provided technical advice in relation to maintaining
This was a good opportunity for Mercedes-Benz owners to meet a
qualified technical expert and get advice and expertise on maintaining a
General Manager, Mercedes-Benz Passenger Vehicles Service, DIMO,
Tharanga Gunawardena said, "This shows our true commitment for service
excellence and customer satisfaction.
"Almost all the customers who visited the centre obtained technical
advice from the manufacturer which was a rare opportunity for them.
"Customer interest in this campaign was evident through their
enthusiasm for booking time slots for their Mercedes-Benz cars. Each day
during the campaign, we were full with bookings and there was a limited
number of bookings we could accommodate per day," he said.

and service. Campaigns of this nature further strengthen our approach
and dedication to service excellence," Gunawardena said.
